Gillian, thank you so much for your amazing classes. They helped me though each one of my births, even my first which ended up being an emergency section. And especially this last one where we had not even anyone with us – just me and my husband. He had to catch her!!!! My last 3 were born with just some gas and air (even with an induction). The stretches, poses, relaxing, breathing and mental state of being which you gave me all got me through. Honestly I don’t know how I’d have coped otherwise. It has been an amazing journey for me. I would recommend your class (and do) to everyone. I think it’s so great to have time once a week which is just about you and you’re baby to be. I always had the best sleep of the week that night after the class. Gillian had a lovely calm atmosphere for the classes and not only did the yoga help my body but my mind too. Amongst all the stories you hear about labour, I went in with a calm mind and I had the breathing we practiced in yoga down to a tee. I had a really positive birthing experience as a result.
