Gillian recommends starting classes after 16/18 weeks. You can attend right up to birth.
Gillian started training for Pregnancy Yoga after the birth of her 1st daughter in 2013 and has been teaching classes in Naas ever since. Gillian has helped hundreds of women in their pregnancy journey over the years and is passionate about creating a nurturing space to prepare new mums during their Pregnancy, Birth and Beyond.
Pregnancy classes are specifically designed to alleviate some of the common discomforts in pregnancy including backpain, sciatica, fatigue and fear – The classes include stretching for deep muscle release as well as breathing relaxation techniques for pregnancy and labour
