Class Description:

 I’m delighted to be teaching Chair Yoga at Studio 3. Chair Yoga classes offer people with reduced mobility a way to practice yoga poses, both seated and standing, with the support of a chair. Chair Yoga helps to keep your joints mobile and supple. Participants of a Chair Yoga class also experience the other benefits of yoga such as breathwork and relaxation.
