Dru Yoga is a graceful and potent form of yoga, based on soft flowing movements, directed breathing and visualisation. With its foundations set firmly in ancient yogic tradition, Dru works on body, mind and spirit to rejuvenate your whole being.
Kelly’s Background & Experience
Kelly first started her yoga journey 19 years ago when she attended a Hatha Yoga class with Francis Reid in Tallaght. She fell in love with this ancient practice and would often attend classes twice a night and after a few years of attending classes and workshops she decided to train as a yoga teacher with Dru UK in 2006. She then went on to complete the Dru Meditation teacher training with Dru Ireland in 2011 and also assisted as a student tutor on the many Dru Ireland Yoga and Meditation courses.
Kelly is also a qualified rainbow kids instructor and is currently training with Paul whelan of Absolute Yoga in the Ashtanga and Hatha practice.
Kelly has been teaching yoga and meditation for the past ten years to both adults and children. Her teaching style has evolved into one of a very intuitive teacher who meets her students where they are at, guiding them into a safe and mindful practice while encouraging the student to move at their own pace and ability. Kelly is passionate about helping her students reach their full potential on and off the mat.
