My background
I am a qualified yoga teacher in YIN and vinyasa flow. I first found my space on the mat at the age of 17 and been working and growing with my passion for yoga ever since. I have found it supported me physically and mentally through all that I faced.
In 2023 I qualified as a yoga breath facilitator in Barcelona and an Oxygen Advantage advanced breath coach with Patrick McKeown.
I currently work with Tulsa as a wellness ambassador traveling to our various offices hosting workshops to fellow Tulsa staff.
About the class
This October I will be commenting a 6 week block of YIN/Restorative yoga classes with kundalini breath and grounding meditations to draw you away from the analytical mind and go inward to create you own sanctuary within after the week that was
YIN yoga is a calming restorative counterpart to Yang practice such as vinyasa. It teaches us to re route the mind and drop down into the body requiring us to be still. The class is slow moving working with our fascia system and deep tissues.
Movement and stretching hydrate the fascia and help in slowing down the aging process by lengthening tight tissues.
I will be introducing breath work practices such as kundalini and grounding healing meditations.
