I did pregnancy yoga classes with Gillian throughout my pregnancy. I really looked forward to and needed the stretches on a weekly basis. I always had the best sleep of the week that night after the class. Gillian had a lovely calm atmosphere for the classes and not only did the yoga help my body but my mind too. Amongst all the stories you hear about labour, I went in with a calm mind and I had the breathing we practiced in yoga down to a tee. I had a really positive birthing experience as a result.
