Class Description:

Pilates is an exercise system designed to stretch, strengthen and balance the entire body. It improves your posture and increases stability and flexibility. It works the deeper musculature in a focused manner, to strengthen core postural muscles and develop correct body alignment.

Hayley’s Background:

Hayley was first introduced to Pilates as a ballet dancer studying at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland. She fell in love with the benefits of Pilates not only for her ballet technique, but also for her overall health and well being. After dancing professionally with Ballet Ireland she decided to gain her Advanced Diploma in Matwork Pilates at the National Training  Centre in association with Pilates Ireland.
Hayley truly loves sharing her passion for Pilates with her clients. Whether you’re looking for a challenging workout, want to focus on a particular goal, or you’ve never tried Pilates before and want to know what it’s all about, she wants to help in your Pilates experience.
When she’s not teaching Pilates, Hayley teaches ballet at Studio 3 for Anne Maher School of Ballet and also enjoys teaching basic trapeze to adults in Maynooth.
