Susannah likes teaching an empowering yoga flow with Yin elements to strengthen the whole body and build stamina whilst refreshing and purifying the mind. Susannah is an extremely enthusiastic, energetic and passionate Teacher who loves working with her students and getting to know the individual first in order to assess what each student needs. She likes to practise a strong style complemented by powerful grounding breathing techniques to maximise the benefits achieved from teaching asanas, pranayama breathing to achieve strength and stillness.
You will leave her class refreshed yet energised and toned with a sense of equanimity and peace to bring into your daily life.
Susannah is Ashtanga qualified trained and has her full 200hrs qualification. She is also a trained mentor of 20 years who loves the nurturing elements of fully involving the mind ,body and spirit to achieve harmonious flow. She has worked with a wide range of clients and age ranges over the years.
